ENGLAND, Apr. 29, 2017 (AMP) — Championship / Match day 45: The match between Barnsley and Burton Albion ended in a 1-1 draw on Saturday.
Barnsley players started off well by taking the lead thanks to Moncur George in the 38th minute. However, even though they were leading 1-0 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by Burton Albion with a saving goal from Burton Albion forward Luke Varney in the 52nd minute.
Barnsley FC remains in 14th place with 58 points from 45 games, one point behind Cardiff City.
