Championship (Week 44) : Bristol City beats Barnsley 3-2
ENGLAND, Apr. 22, 2017 (AMP) — Championship / Match day 44: After their 1-1 draw against Blackburn Rovers on April 17, the Robins returned to winning ways with a 3-2 victory over Barnsley this Saturday.
Barnsley had started off well by taking the lead in the 37th minute with a goal by midfielder Alex Mowatt. Trailing 1-0 at half time, the Robins nonetheless manage to reverse the direction of the game by scoring three times in the second period (Abraham Tammy '53, Paterson '69 and Flint Aden '74).
Barnsley FC remains in 14th place with 57 points from 44 games, one point behind Aston Villa, which has a game in hand.
