Championship (Week 4) : Burton beats Birmingham City 2-1

ENGLAND, Aug. 18, 2017 (AMP) — Championship / Match day 4: After three straigth defeats, the Brewers returned to winning ways with a 2-1 victory over Birmingham City this Friday.

Birmingham City had started off well by taking the lead in the 29th minute with a goal by congolese midfielder Jacques Maghoma. Trailing 1-0 at half time, the Brewers nonetheless manage to reverse the direction of the game by scoring twice in the second period (Sordell '50 and Dyer '66).

Birmingham City FC are down in 13rd place with 4 points from 4 games, tie on points with Preston North End FC, which has a game in hand.
