Championship (Week 6) : QPR defeats Ipswich 2-1

ENGLAND, Sep. 9, 2017 (AMP) — Championship / Match day 6: The Tractor Boys crashed to their 2nd consecutive defeat as they lost 2-1 against QPR.

QPR dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by forward Jamie Mackie in the 43rd minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, QPR players further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Freeman Luke in the 49th minute.

Ipswich Town FC are down in fourth place with 12 points from 6 games, one point behind Wolverhampton Wanderers FC.
