Championship (Week 10) : Ipswich beats Sunderland 5-2
ENGLAND, Sep. 26, 2017 (AMP) — Championship / Match day 10: After losing 3-2 to Leeds United on September 23, the Tractor Boys returned to winning ways with a 5-2 victory over Sunderland this Tuesday.
Ipswich Town dominated the first half thanks to goals from Waghorn ('6) and Spence Jordan ('27). Leading 2-1 at the break, the Tractor Boys further widened their lead in the second period by scoring three times (Celina Bersant '55, McGoldrick '60 and Ward Grant '89).
Ipswich Town FC climbed to fifth place with 18 points from 9 games, only one point behind Preston North End FC.
