Championship (Week 16) : Ipswich beats Preston 3-0

ENGLAND, Nov. 4, 2017 (AMP) — Championship / Match day 16: After losing 3-1 to Cardiff City on October 31, the Tractor Boys bounced back with a 3-0 victory over Preston this Saturday.

Ipswich Town dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by forward Martyn Waghorn in the 45th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Tractor Boys further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (McGoldrick '49 and Celina Bersant '64).

Ipswich Town FC climbed to 7th place with 24 points from 15 games, only one point behind Derby County FC.
