WAD MADANI, Feb. 9, 2011 (AMP) — Sudan 2011 : Zimbabwe defeated Ghana by a score of 1-0 (halftime: 0-0), in a CHAN group stage game on Wednesday night at the Wad Madani Stadium.
The result put the Zimbabweans second in Group B with 3 points. Ghana is bottom with no points. In their last game, Zimbabwe will meet group leaders South Africa at the Wad Madani Stadium on February 13, while Ghana will face Niger.
