WAD MADANI, Feb. 13, 2011 (AMP) — Sudan 2011 : Niger defeated Ghana by a score of 1-0 (halftime: 0-0), in a CHAN group stage game on Sunday night at the Wad Madani Stadium. Niger advance to the Quarterfinals. Ghana is eliminated.
