OMDURMAN, Feb. 6, 2011 (AMP) — Sudan 2011 : Cameroon defeated DR Congo by a score of 2-0 (halftime: 1-0), in a CHAN group stage game on Sunday afternoon at the Al-Merrikh Stadium in Omdurman.
The result put the Cameroonians top of Group C with 3 points. In their next game, Cameroon will meet Mali at the Al-Merrikh Stadium on February 10, while DR Congo will face Ivory Coast.
