OMDURMAN, Feb. 6, 2011 (AMP) — Sudan 2011 : Ivory Coast defeated Mali by a score of 1-0 (halftime: 1-0), in a CHAN group stage game on Sunday night at the Al-Merrikh Stadium in Omdurman.
The result put the Ivorians second in Group C with 3 points. In their next game, Ivory Coast will meet DR Congo at the Al-Merrikh Stadium on February 10, while Mali will face Cameroon.
