No goals in the first half and one each in the second, Akaïchi ('69) for Tunisia, Chikatara ('52) for Nigeria.
The result put the Nigerians top of Group C with 4 points. Tunisia is second with 2 points. In their last game, Nigeria will meet third-placed Guinea at the Nyamirambo Stadium on January 26, while Tunisia will face Niger.
