GISENYI, Jan. 26, 2016 (AMP) — Rwanda 2016 : Guinea defeated Nigeria by a score of 1-0 (halftime: 1-0), in a CHAN group stage game on Tuesday afternoon at the Umuganda Stadium in Gisenyi.

All the action happened in the first half, with Sankhon goal in the 45th minute.

Guinea advance to the Quarterfinals. Nigeria is eliminated.
