MUSCAT, Jan. 11, 2009 (AMP) — Oman 2009 : Qatar defeated Yemen by a score of 2-1 (halftime: 1-1), in a Gulf Cup group stage game on Sunday at the Royal Oman Police Stadium in Muscat. Qatar advance to the Semifinals. Yemen is eliminated.
