ISA TOWN, Jan. 9, 2013 (AMP) — Bahrain 2013 : Saudi Arabia defeated Yemen by a score of 2-0 (halftime: 1-0), in a Gulf Cup group stage game on Wednesday night at the Khalifa Sports City Stadium in Isa Town.
The result put the Saudi third in Group B with 3 points. Yemen is bottom with no points. In their last game, Saudi Arabia will meet second-placed Kuwait at the Khalifa Sports City Stadium on January 12, while Yemen will face Iraq.
