La Liga (Week 3) : Real Madrid defeats Osasuna 5-2
SPAIN, Sep. 10, 2016 (AMP) — La Liga / Match day 3: Three wins in a row for Real Madrid. After their success against Real Sociedad and Celta Vigo, Los Blancos continued their sensational form in the La Liga with a 5-2 victory over Osasuna this Saturday.
Real Madrid dominated the first half thanks to goals from Ronaldo ('6), Danilo Luiz ('40) and Ramos ('45). Leading 3-0 at the break, Los Blancos further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (Pepe Lima Ferreira '56 and Modrić '62).
Real Madrid climbed to first place with 9 points from 3 games, a 3-point lead over runner-up UD Las Palmas, which has a game in hand.
