SPAIN, Nov. 19, 2016 (AMP) — La Liga / Match day 12: Five wins in a row for Real Madrid. After their success against Real Betis, Athletic Bilbao, Alavés and Leganés, Los Blancos continued their sensational form in the La Liga with a 3-0 victory over Atletico Madrid this Saturday.
Cristiano Ronaldo scored tripple goals
Real Madrid dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Portuguese forward Cristiano Ronaldo in the 23rd minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, Los Blancos further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (Ronaldo '71/penalty, '77).
Real Madrid remains in first place with 30 points from 12 games, a 4-point lead over runner-up FC Barcelona.
