La Liga (Week 12) : Sevilla beats Deportivo 3-2
SPAIN, Nov. 19, 2016 (AMP) — La Liga / Match day 12: After losing 1-2 to Barcelona on November 6, Los Sevillistas returned to winning ways with a 3-2 victory over Deportivo La Coruna this Saturday.
Deportivo La Coruna had started off well by taking the lead thanks to goals by Babel Ryan ('1) and Andone ('42), while Sevilla only scored once N Zonzi Steven ('44). Trailing 2-1 at half time, Los Sevillistas nonetheless manage to reverse the direction of the game by scoring twice in the second period (Vitolo Perez '87 and Mercado Gabriel '90).
Sevilla FC climbed to third place with 24 points from 12 games, only one point behind FC Barcelona, which has a game in hand.
