La Liga (Week 14) : Gijon defeats Osasuna 3-1
SPAIN, Dec. 4, 2016 (AMP) — La Liga / Match day 14: After three straigth defeats, Los Rojiblancos bounced back with a 3-1 victory over Osasuna this Sunday.
Carmona Carlos scored dual goals
Sporting Gijon dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Carmona Carlos in the 43rd minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, Los Rojiblancos further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (Douglas Santos '56 and Carmona Carlos '78).
Real Sporting de Gijon climbed to 16th place with 12 points from 14 games, 2 points behind CD Leganés.
