La Liga (Week 30) : Real Madrid beats Leganés 4-2
SPAIN, Apr. 5, 2017 (AMP) — La Liga / Match day 30: Five wins in a row for Real Madrid. After their success against Eibar, Real Betis, Athletic Bilbao and Alavés, Los Blancos continued their sensational form in the La Liga with a 4-2 victory over Leganés this Wednesday.
Álvaro Morata scored dual goals
Real Madrid dominated the first half thanks to goals from Rodríguez ('15) and Morata ('18, '23). Leading 3-2 at the break, Los Blancos further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Mantovani Martin into his own net in the 48th minute.
Real Madrid remains in first place with 71 points from 29 games, a 2-point lead over runner-up FC Barcelona.
