SPAIN, Nov. 5, 2017 (AMP) — La Liga / Match day 11: Three wins in a row for Girona. After their success against Deportivo La Coruna and Real Madrid, the Blanquivermells continued their sensational form in the La Liga with a 2-1 victory over Levante this Sunday.
Levante made Girona doubt themselves for forty-five minutes. 0-0 at half time. Everything was decided in the second period with goals by Garcia Borja ('58) and Stuani ('84).
Girona FC climbed to 9th place with 15 points from 11 games, 2 points behind CD Leganés.
