ENGLAND, Sep. 13, 2014 (AMP) — League One / Match day 7: After their 0-0 draw against Colchester United on September 6, the Saddlers returned to winning ways with a 3-1 victory over Preston this Saturday.
Sawyers opened the score in the 7th minute, before seeing Preston catch up in the 36th minute thanks to Garner. 1-1 at half time. The Saddlers eventually won the game in the second period with two more goals by Bradshaw ('49) and Downing ('76).
Preston North End FC are down in 10th place with 9 points from 6 games, one point behind Sheffield United FC.
