League One (Week 8) : Sheffield United beats Colchester 3-2

ENGLAND, Sep. 16, 2014 (AMP) — League One / Match day 8: Two wins in a row for Sheffield United. After their 1-0 win against Rochdale on September 13, the Blades continued their sensational form in the League One with a 3-2 victory over Colchester United this Tuesday.

Davies scored dual goals

Colchester United had started off well by taking the lead in the 31st minute with a goal by Moncur. Trailing 1-0 at half time, the Blades nonetheless manage to reverse the direction of the game by scoring three times in the second period (Davies '83, '88 on penalty and Flynn '85).

Sheffield United FC climbed to 6th place with 13 points from 7 games, tie on points with Bradford City AFC.
