League One (Week 6) : Preston defeats Leyton Orient 2-0
ENGLAND, Oct. 28, 2014 (AMP) — League One / Match day 6: 7 wins in a row for Preston. After their success against Crawley Town, Coventry City, Colchester United, Port Vale, Gillingham and Fleetwood Town, the Lilywhites continued their sensational form in the League One with a 2-0 victory over Leyton Orient this Tuesday.
Preston dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Robertson in the 19th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Lilywhites further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Huntington in the 75th minute.
Preston North End FC climbed to second place with 31 points from 14 games, 2 points behind Bristol City FC.
