ENGLAND, Sep. 6, 2014 (AMP) — League One / Match day 6: Three wins in a row for Peterborough United. After their success against Bradford City and Colchester United, Posh continued their sensational form in the League One with a 3-1 victory over Port Vale this Saturday.
Peterborough United dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Maddison in the 30th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, Posh further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (Vassell '72 and Payne '79).
Peterborough United FC remains in first place with 15 points from 6 games, one point ahead of runner-up Bristol City FC.
