League One (Week 29) : Walsall beats Doncaster 2-0
ENGLAND, Feb. 7, 2015 (AMP) — League One / Match day 29: After their 1-1 draw against Gillingham on February 1, the Saddlers bounced back with a 2-0 victory over Doncaster Rovers this Saturday.
Walsall dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Cook in the 3rd minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Saddlers further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Hiwula-mayifuila J in the 70th minute.
Walsall FC climbed to 12nd place with 37 points from 28 games, only one point behind Fleetwood Town FC.
