League One (Week 28) : Chesterfield and Doncaster play to a 2-2 draw
ENGLAND, Jan. 31, 2015 (AMP) — League One / Match day 28: Chesterfield was held to a 2-2 draw by Doncaster Rovers on Saturday.
Doncaster Rovers players started off well by taking the lead thanks to goals by Coppinger ('3) and Butler ('9) while Chesterfield only scored once Doyle ('43). However, even though they were leading 2-1 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by Chesterfield with a saving goal from Ryan in the 87th minute.
Chesterfield FC remains in fifth place with 39 points from 27 games, 8 points behind Preston North End FC.
