League One (Week 27) : Bristol City defeats Doncaster 3-1
ENGLAND, Feb. 24, 2015 (AMP) — League One / Match day 27: After losing 3-2 to Colchester United on February 21, the Robins bounced back with a 3-1 victory over Doncaster Rovers this Tuesday.
Bristol City dominated the first half thanks to goals from Freeman ('10) and Cunningham ('33 on penalty). Leading 2-0 at the break, the Robins further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Wilbraham in the 69th minute.
Bristol City FC climbed to first place with 67 points from 32 games, a 5-point lead over runner-up Milton Keynes Dons FC.
