ENGLAND, Feb. 28, 2015 (AMP) — League One / Match day 33: After losing 3-0 to Port Vale on February 24 and 1-3 to Bristol City on February 24, Rovers bounced back with a 2-0 victory over Colchester United this Saturday.
Doncaster Rovers dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Stevens in the 39th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, Rovers further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Tyson on penalty with just 7 minutes remaining in regulation time.
Doncaster Rovers FC climbed to 6th place with 48 points from 33 games, 5 points behind Sheffield United FC, which has a game in hand.
