ENGLAND, Jan. 2, 2016 (AMP) — League One / Match day 25: After their 1-1 draw against Chesterfield on December 28, the Sky Blues returned to winning ways with a 5-0 victory over Crewe Alexandra this Saturday.
Armstrong Adam scored tripple goals
Coventry City dominated the first half thanks to goals from Armstrong Adam ('11, '30 on penalty, '45) and Murphy Jacob ('27). Leading 4-0 at the break, the Sky Blues further widened their lead in the second period with another goal by Murphy Jacob with just 5 minutes remaining in regulation time.
Coventry City FC remains in fourth place with 47 points from 25 games, one point behind Walsall FC, which has a game in hand.
