ENGLAND, Dec. 28, 2015 (AMP) — League One / Match day 24: After their 1-1 draw against Fleetwood Town on December 26, Salop bounced back with a 2-1 victory over Crewe Alexandra this Monday.
Cole Larnell opened the score in the 11th minute, before seeing Crewe Alexandra catch up in the 26th minute thanks to Colclough Ryan. 1-1 at half time. Salop eventually won the game in the second period with with a goal by Whalley Shaun seconds before the end of regulation.
Shrewsbury Town FC climbed to 17th place with 26 points from 24 games, 2 points behind Swindon Town FC.
