ENGLAND, Jan. 16, 2016 (AMP) — League One / Match day 27: Three wins in a row for Barnsley. After their success against Blackpool and Millwall, the Tykes continued their sensational form in the League One with a 3-0 victory over Shrewsbury Town this Saturday.
Winnall Sam scored dual goals
Barnsley dominated the first half thanks to goals from Winnall Sam ('15, '21). Leading 2-0 at the break, the Tykes further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Mawson Alfie in the 72nd minute.
Barnsley FC climbed to 17th place with 30 points from 25 games, 2 points behind Scunthorpe United FC.
