ENGLAND, Jan. 23, 2016 (AMP) — League One / Match day 28: Four wins in a row for Barnsley. After their success against Blackpool, Millwall and Shrewsbury Town, the Tykes continued their sensational form in the League One with a 6-1 victory over Rochdale this Saturday.
Winnall Sam scored tripple goals
Barnsley dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Mawson Alfie in the 8th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Tykes further widened their lead in the second period by scoring five times (Winnall Sam '52, '69, '89, Watkins Marley '84 and Long Kevin '90).
Rochdale AFC are down in 16th place with 34 points from 26 games, one point behind Scunthorpe United FC.
