League One (Week 33) : Swindon defeats Peterborough 2-1
ENGLAND, Feb. 27, 2016 (AMP) — League One / Match day 33: Three wins in a row for Swindon Town. After their success against Colchester United and Blackpool, the Robins continued their sensational form in the League One with a 2-1 victory over Peterborough United this Saturday.
Peterborough United had started off well by taking the lead in the 12th minute with a goal by Maddison Marcus on penalty. Trailing 1-0 at half time, the Robins nonetheless manage to reverse the direction of the game by scoring twice in the second period (Ajose Nicky '49 and Doughty Michael '82).
Swindon Town FC climbed to 12nd place with 45 points from 33 games, 3 points behind Port Vale FC.
