ENGLAND, Mar. 1, 2016 (AMP) — League One / Match day 34: Two wins in a row for Barnsley. After their 1-2 win against Crewe Alexandra on February 27, the Tykes continued their sensational form in the League One with a 2-0 victory over Coventry City this Tuesday.
Barnsley dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Roberts Marc in the 10th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Tykes further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Fletcher Ashley in the 60th minute.
Coventry City FC remains in 6th place with 52 points from 33 games, 3 points behind Millwall FC.
