League One (Week 38) : Peterborough defeats Coventry 3-1
ENGLAND, Mar. 25, 2016 (AMP) — League One / Match day 38: Two wins in a row for Peterborough United. After their 1-2 win against Doncaster Rovers on March 19, Posh continued their sensational form in the League One with a 3-1 victory over Coventry City this Friday.
Peterborough United dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Bostwick Michael in the 45th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, Posh further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (Angol Lee '61 and Beautyman Harry '69).
Coventry City FC are down in 9th place with 56 points from 38 games, one point behind Rochdale AFC.
