League One (Week 38) : Rochdale beats Southend 4-1
ENGLAND, Mar. 25, 2016 (AMP) — League One / Match day 38: Four wins in a row for Rochdale. After their success against Coventry City, Bury and Oldham Athletic, the Dale continued their sensational form in the League One with a 4-1 victory over Southend United this Friday.
Payne Jack opened the score in the 28th minute, before seeing Rochdale catch up in the 41st minute thanks to Holt Grant. 1-1 at half time. The Dale eventually won the game in the second period with three more goals by Rafferty Joe ('49), Allen Jamie ('61) and Bunney Joe ('90).
Rochdale AFC climbed to 8th place with 57 points from 38 games, only one point behind Bradford City AFC, which has a game in hand.
