League One (Week 41) : Millwall defeats Shrewsbury 3-1
ENGLAND, Apr. 9, 2016 (AMP) — League One / Match day 41: After their 0-0 draw against Colchester United on April 2, the Lions returned to winning ways with a 3-1 victory over Shrewsbury Town this Saturday.
Shrewsbury Town had started off well by taking the lead in the 5th minute with a goal by Cole Larnell. Trailing 1-0 at half time, the Lions nonetheless manage to reverse the direction of the game by scoring three times in the second period (Thompson Ben '57, Morison Steve '61 and Gregory Lee '90 on penalty).
Millwall FC climbed to fourth place with 69 points from 41 games, only one point behind Bradford City AFC.
