ENGLAND, Apr. 9, 2016 (AMP) — League One / Match day 41: Five wins in a row for Wigan Athletic. After their success against Bradford City, Swindon Town, Rochdale and Shrewsbury Town, the Latics continued their sensational form in the League One with a 1-0 victory over Coventry City this Saturday.
Both teams held off against each other during the first 45 minutes of the game. 0-0 at half time. Everything was settled in the second period with a saving goal by Grigg Will in the 57th minute.
Wigan Athletic FC remains in first place with 80 points from 41 games, a 4-point lead over runner-up Burton Albion FC.
