League One (Week 7) : Fleetwood and Charlton Athletic play out 2-2 draw
ENGLAND, Sep. 10, 2016 (AMP) — League One / Match day 7: Fleetwood Town was held to a 2-2 draw by Charlton Athletic on Saturday.
Fleetwood Town players started off well by taking the lead thanks to goals by Long Chris ('5) and Ball David ('44) while Charlton Athletic only scored once Magennis Josh ('32). However, even though they were leading 2-1 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by Charlton Athletic with a saving goal from Novak Lee in the 87th minute.
Fleetwood Town FC are down in fourth place with 12 points from 7 games, one point behind Bradford City AFC.
