League One (Week 11) : Walsall beats Millwall 2-1
ENGLAND, Oct. 1, 2016 (AMP) — League One / Match day 11: After losing 1-4 to Scunthorpe United on September 27, the Saddlers bounced back with a 2-1 victory over Millwall this Saturday.
Jackson Simeon opened the score in the 17th minute, before seeing Millwall catch up in the 22nd minute thanks to Onyedinma Fred. 1-1 at half time. The Saddlers eventually won the game in the second period with with a goal by Moussa Franck in the 49th minute.
Walsall FC climbed to 16th place with 13 points from 11 games, tie on points with AFC Wimbledon.
