League One (Week 22) : Rochdale defeats Northampton 3-2
ENGLAND, Dec. 17, 2016 (AMP) — League One / Match day 22: Two wins in a row for Rochdale. After their 3-2 win against Scunthorpe United on December 10, the Dale continued their sensational form in the League One with a 3-2 victory over Northampton Town this Saturday.
Lund Matty scored tripple goals
Taylor Matthew opened the score in the 16th minute, before seeing Rochdale catch up in the 19th minute thanks to Lund Matty. 1-1 at half time. The Dale eventually won the game in the second period with two more goals by Lund Matty ('63, '67).
Rochdale AFC remains in fifth place with 36 points from 22 games, one point behind Bradford City AFC.
