League One (Week 28) : Sheffield United and Gillingham play out 2-2 draw
ENGLAND, Jan. 21, 2017 (AMP) — League One / Match day 28: Sheffield United was held to a 2-2 draw by Gillingham on Saturday.
Sheffield United players started off well by taking the lead thanks to Sharp Billy in the 32nd minute. However, even though they were leading 1-0 at half time, and despite Freeman Kieron goal ('61) in the second period, they could not prevent a comeback by Gillingham with dual goals from Wright Josh ('51 and '58.
Sheffield United FC remains in first place with 57 points from 28 games, a 2-point lead over runner-up Scunthorpe United FC, which has a game in hand.
