ENGLAND, Feb. 25, 2017 (AMP) — League One / Match day 34: Three wins in a row for Fleetwood Town. After their success against Bradford City and Milton Keynes Dons, the Cod Army continued their sensational form in the League One with a 3-0 victory over Northampton Town this Saturday.
Fleetwood Town dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Cole Devante in the 42nd minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Cod Army further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (Grant Bobby '56 and Ball David '60).
Fleetwood Town FC climbed to third place with 61 points from 34 games, tie on points with Scunthorpe United FC, which has a game in hand.
