ENGLAND, Apr. 22, 2017 (AMP) — League One / Match day 45: After their 0-0 draw against Bolton Wanderers on April 18, the Shakers returned to winning ways with a 3-0 victory over Northampton Town this Saturday.
Vaughan James scored dual goals
Bury dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Vaughan James in the 3rd minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Shakers further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (Miller George '72 and Vaughan James '90).
Northampton Town FC remains in 16th place with 52 points from 45 games, 4 points behind AFC Wimbledon.
