ENGLAND, Aug. 30, 2014 (AMP) — League Two / Match day 5: After losing 1-2 to Morecambe on August 23, The U's bounced back with a 5-0 victory over Carlisle United this Saturday.

Simpson and Stockley scored dual goals

Cambridge United dominated the first half thanks to goals from Diallo ('25) and Simpson ('33, '45). Leading 3-0 at the break, The U's further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (Stockley '83, '87).

Cambridge United FC climbed to 9th place with 7 points from 5 games, only one point behind Northampton Town FC.
