League Two (Week 15) : Exeter defeats Morecambe 2-0
ENGLAND, Oct. 26, 2014 (AMP) — League Two / Match day 15: Two wins in a row for Exeter City. After their 2-1 win against Wycombe Wanderers on October 21, the Grecians continued their sensational form in the League Two with a 2-0 victory over Morecambe this Sunday.
Exeter City dominated the first half as a result of the unfortunate own goal scored by Beeley in the 9th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Grecians further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Nichols with one minute left in regular time.
Morecambe FC are down in 8th place with 23 points from 15 games, tie on points with Newport County AFC.
