League Two (Week 15) : Carlisle beats Oxford 2-1
ENGLAND, Oct. 25, 2014 (AMP) — League Two / Match day 15: After losing 1-0 to Plymouth Argyle on October 21 and 3-4 to Burton Albion on October 21, the Cumbrians bounced back with a 2-1 victory over Oxford United this Saturday.
Oxford United had started off well by taking the lead in the 45th minute with a goal by Hylton. Trailing 1-0 at half time, the Cumbrians nonetheless manage to reverse the direction of the game by scoring twice in the second period (Beck '73 and Asamoah '89).
Oxford United FC remains in 19th place with 16 points from 15 games, 2 points behind Northampton Town FC.
