League Two (Week 15) : AFC Wimbledon draw 2-2 with Tranmere
ENGLAND, Oct. 25, 2014 (AMP) — League Two / Match day 15: The match between AFC Wimbledon and Tranmere Rovers ended in a 2-2 draw on Saturday.
AFC Wimbledon players started off well by taking the lead thanks to goals by Smith ('16) and Akinfenwa ('44) while Tranmere Rovers only scored once Gnanduillet ('20). However, even though they were leading 2-1 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by Tranmere Rovers with a saving goal from Gnanduillet in the 65th minute.
AFC Wimbledon remains in 12nd place with 20 points from 15 games, one point behind Cambridge United FC.
