ENGLAND, Sep. 16, 2014 (AMP) — League Two / Match day 8: After three straigth victories against Mansfield Town, Portsmouth and York City, the Brewers lost 3-0 against AFC Wimbledon.
Akinfenwa scored dual goals
AFC Wimbledon dominated the first half thanks to goals from Tubbs ('21) and Akinfenwa ('37). Leading 2-0 at the break, Dons further widened their lead in the second period with another goal by Akinfenwa in the 67th minute.
Burton Albion FC remains in first place with 19 points from 8 games, a 2-point lead over runner-up Bury FC.
