ENGLAND, Sep. 16, 2014 (AMP) — League Two / Match day 8: After three straigth defeats, Pompey bounced back with a 3-0 victory over Dagenham & Redbridge this Tuesday.
Portsmouth dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Dunne in the 40th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, Pompey further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (Wallace '69/penalty and Barcham '90).
Portsmouth FC climbed to 9th place with 13 points from 8 games, only one point behind Cheltenham Town FC.
